Lenexa, Kan. - Oct. 20 - Corporate Network eCom, LLC (eCom) today announced that Chevron Valley Credit Union has named eCom its provider of mobile banking and payments solutions and will add eCom's recently released MobileMember solution to its suite of member services. A downloadable application residing on members' phones, MobileMember provides real-time, around-the-clock access to account information. In addition to the ability to view account balances and transfer funds, Chevron Valley members will have a full range of bill payment capabilities at their disposal, including scheduling regular or expedited payments, managing scheduled payments and viewing payment history -all from their mobile devices.

Software on the handset allows Chevron Valley's members to interact with MobileMember without airtime-intensive page loads, providing speed that surpasses that of any browser-based (WAP) solution on the market today. However, eCom intends to support WAP, SMS (text messaging) and iPhone applications in the next 60 days. Technology from Monitise Americas underpins the full suite of these mobile services. Monitise is a leading provider of innovative mobile banking and payments software.
In addition to speed, MobileMember provides end-to-end security through a proprietary encryption method, known as Lightweight Transport Security (LTS), that protects member data passed from the handset to eCom's processor.
